Carpenters, Plumbers, Air Conditioner installers, heavy equipment operators, and any other "blue collar" workers are essential to the infrastructure of a community.  These people work incredibly hard and they develop habits that make the demand on their body high.  A change in mindset would allow these people to work longer, making more money, and protecting their body.  This is Rons rant on how these "industrial athletes" can do just that...make more money, protect their body, and work for longer.
